  JLY-PR Offers Free Resume
  Posting on Its Website

El Cajon, CA--James L. Young Public Relations is offering a resume template and 30-day posting of resumes for CA insurance licensees -- free!

"There are jobs out there for insurance licensees, but sometimes it's difficult to put the agents and agencies together at the exact time they need each other," Young noted.

While many agent-brokers want salaried jobs, with added commissions, most likely will find commission-based employment only with insurance agencies, he added.

"A good agent who joins a supportive agency that majors on training, marketing, service, and sales, can do well -- even on commission only," Young said.

"It can take a while for the sales and commissions to come in initially," he continued, "which can be hard on some agents or brokers needing income quickly. but it can be done with patience, discipline, and perseverance."

James L. Young Offers Full Line of Surety Bonds

El Cajon, CA--James L. Young, CA Insurance License No. 0D40070, announces that he is now authorized to offer a full line of surety bonds -- both to insurance agencies and the public.

"We offer a wide variety of bonds, including property-casualty insurance broker bonds that do not require an up-front credit check, contractors' permit and license bonds, performance and bid bonds, theft bonds, among many others. We do not offer bail bonds, however," said Young, who also owns and operates Sycamore Press School, a division of JLY Public Relations.

"Our bonds underwriter is the best so that we can find bonds at good rates in a relatively short time for those who are qualified," Young continued. He cautioned that often individuals or businesses seeking bonds can't qualify because of poor credit.

'In the case of bad credit, the entity seeking the bond may be required to have a co-signer who has good credit and owns real estate. Absent good credit or a solid co-signer, the entity may be better off obtaining a Letter of Credit instead of trying to get the bond," he said.

Young has been licensed for and has sold property-casualty insurance -- and bonds -- in California more than eight years as an appointed agent for other insurance agencies-brokers. He is now working independently and says he can offer lower prices than before on the bonds he sells.

For information on surety bonds or the Sycamore Press School courses, go to http:/www/insuraneprosguides.com, email jyoung@insuranceprosguides.com, or call Jim Young at 1-619-244-1014.
